Subject	Cleaning rear tail light and center panel (help)

Message	Hi guys, Anyone have any ideas on what kind of cleaning products I could use on my rear tail light center panel to try and remove the stain/discoloration seen the photos? I just recently transferred these lights over from my NA (which has a 90-93TT wing on it) to my TT. The black sticker on the wing is going bad...along with the wing but I noticed after having the NA out in the elements for a few days of snow last year this odd stain showed up. It looks like it came as a result of either the bad 90-93TT wing sticker residue running down or something else...not really sure and its odd its in a rather straight line. And while were on the subject of cleaning, has anyone used anything to help remove scratches on the back of these lights?
